Green Revolution 2040
The Individual

Present day humans are in need of a radical reassessment of our goals as a species. In the past, Homo sapiens were simply another animal species with simple needs and simple demands. However, to suggest that we are fundamentally the same as those individuals who first drew on cave walls and first created our most primitive ancient civilizations overlooks more recent technological, medical, scientific, political, and economic advancements. However, we are more than simply a species which can breed and multiple to tens of billions of individuals. Nothing about our rise is sustainable, and our own We need a plan that everyone can participate in, that everyone must contribute to, in order to prevent biodiversity loss and to ensure future generations have a livable planet.
